I live in UK, can i also use it? I have heard that this Reputation Management package is just of US.. IS that correct? I had used a similar product from Ross Goldberg when i was in Us last year and i was really impressed with it!

Absolutely you can use it. The problem exists anywhere people have the internet and businesses are online, the solution exists anywhere you can get an internet connection.
Where you ‘sit’ and ‘live’ doesn’t play a factor. I’m sure there are many more, but you have Google Places in the UK and Yelp. I’m sure there are many more review type sites, and even bad press. A bad reputation is a bad reputation anywhere on the planet.
